  1. update: well, the rims deal fell through, won't get into it, lets just say i had to pass. broke down just now, placed order for 4 brand new itp mudlite tires front and back, 4 brand new foreman rims to match, and 4 new center caps, good chunk of change, oh well, buy now, cry later..lol.

  6. update; just placed order for highlifter brake kit. mail man called, said he might get rims to me thursday ?, aghhhh...lol.
  7. not only bend the bracket forward, but had to shorten the bar, and '' re-arange '' it..lol, here is the foot well bolted down, pipe hanger strap, stainless steel screws.
  8. got right rear tire problem fixed !. some work, but done i think ?. what ya'll think..will it clear ok ?. need to do left rear tire side same way on the foot well..aghhh..lol.
  9. free world, free choice ( for now..lol ) your dime an time, support china, me ?..i'm all usa if i can help it. super atv calipers are single piston, wilwood is double pistons in their calipers, that alone should tell you something. wilwood has been around and used by every american motor product than i can shake a stick at.
  10. update: got all my spacers made. still no word from my mail man ?. might have to just break down and buy all 4 new rims as well ?. here is some pics of the spacers on both front left, front right knuckle.

  12. right rear 12 inch rim from my 450, as you can see, no clearance between lugs and inner fender, but i am pretty sure i can solve this problem.
  13. update: ok, after talking to fish, and telling him my game plan after his plan, i came up with a much better idea. instead of spacing the caliper out with washers ( i did not like that idea at all ! ) i decided it would be much better to put some 1/4 steel flat bar behind the mounting plate. as you can see in the pics, it came out great so far !. i only got one spacer made for now to fit behind the mounting plate. the pic's show ( and from what i see in person ) that this will work out great !. i will have to get longer bolts to attach the mounting plate and spacer to the knuckle ?, but that should be easy to do. anyway, still waiting on my mail man to bring me the 12 inch rims. got to get all my spacers made before i put the kit back on my 450. i will keep posting updates as this mod moves along, stay tuned outlaws !!.
  14. the flashing lines has me baffled , no manual shifts ( that i know of ? ) ever flash on the display cept electric shift models, as we all know very well, this is mostly caused by a faulty angle sensor. but manual shifts do not have angle sensors. manual shift's only have speed and some have gear position number on them. i do not know about the newer honda models.
  15. manual shift..but shows lines on the dash ?, never heard of this before.
  16. i'm not sure how you can get the tranny into neutral with a wrench ?, i do not know much about that yr model ?, but !..either with a 8mm box wrench on the allen shaft near the front cover/output shaft ?, or if you have a shaft sticking out the left side near the foot rest ?, use a wrench to get the atv into neutral, you will need to rock it back and forth, listen for the tranny to '' click ', then when in neutral, you should be able to roll it easy back and forth .
  17. until you get the neutral light to LIGHT up on the dash ?, it will never spark the plug !.
  18. got the front fender '' some what '' installed today..aghhh..what a time that was !.
  19. is the kill switch centered on the handle bar switch ?. have a neutral light on the dash ?. getting spark at all on plug ?.
  20. ask fish if he got that trx300fw motor rebuilt yet ??..lol.
  21. never seen mac post about it ?. what is the reason for shimming the bracket ?. like i told fish on the phone, no reason to shim ( washers on bracket ) caliper , as the plate has two bends to it, both can be bent on my press to center caliper to rotor disk. waiting on my mail man to drop off the steel rims, I WANT TO BE SURE THEY CLEAR ALL AROUND !, before i start buying tires and brake kit. i deff will post progress pic's as this mod moves along.
  22. going out on a limb here, as i know nothing about auto's other than they are junk !..lol. with the GR, after market mixer part, its giving the cpu false readings to shift the transmission bro.
