i could yell at ya, and show you over 100 motors that were damaged from dust/dirt intake ?, but i won't waste my time trying to convince someone that '' thinks '' he knows more than me when it comes to engines. use and run what you think is better ?, myself ?..i'll stick with oem..cuz i KNOW ITS BEST !.

OP, great save and build !. i've just gotta ask this ?!..when ya was kicking it over and over..and discovered about the reverse problem ?..why didn't ya pull the spark plug out, and check for spark when ya was wearing your leg out kicking it over ???..lol. future advice: ALWAYS CHECK FOR SPARK AT THE PLUG :-).

uni will do nothing..and i mean nothing !, but let dirt into the engine, folks like them, cuz they let more air into the engine, when you get more air ?, YOU GET MORE DIRT !. stock is the only way to go. then again, when you start changing jets and all that crap, then your just tossing parts at it, and seeing what sticks ?!..lol.

i've heard of mustard in radiators stopping leaks..never tried it though ?..lol. years ago, i had a leak in a 350 block, bought some stuff maid by prestone , it came in a clear small bottle, had pellets in it, poured it in the radiator, no more leaks, not sure if it's still around today ?.

you gonna bring it down if some one buys it ??..lol. i bet my bud would give 200 for it quick like if yer gonna deliver it ?..lol. hardest part will be getting plastics for it.

also, be warned: there is ton's of sellers on ebay that claim shindy kits are ..well..shindy ?..they are not !!!!.

i've bought shindy carb kits for years, and never, not once have i had a kit not fit all parts ?. my answer to this would be either your carb is not the correct carb ?, or your kit is not for that carb ?. as for perma crap on the anything ?..JUST NO !!, DA'ss do stupid stuff every day..its folks like this that keep me in the money !..lol. as for the screws in the main jet needle ?, yes..sometimes they strip out, are a royal pain to get out, i've used map gas set on a low heat from the bottom of the slide to help loosen years of crud on those 2 tiny screws. it takes alot of down force, and a very good screw driver to turn them, been there, done that. last but not least: STAY THE H__LL AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT HAS '' ALL BALLS '' ON THE PACKAGE !!!.

i built that green 2003 for a good friend of mine, paid 400 bucks for it, done a ground up restore on it, he bought all new oem parts, warn pro vantage 2500-s, kfi roller fairlead, kfi mounting plate. and no, he did not want a stupid light bar on it...lol. all labor was free for him.

and how many hawse fairleads owners do you remember trying to use a plow set up with a rope on them..and kept breaking from the old site ?..its simple math..hawse with a rope going over , back and forth on a hawse fairlead makes the rope heat up, where is a roller fairlead will not. your not suppose to be pulling at steep angles period, even the owners manual on a warn winch says this.

isn't it closer to drive to me for cylinder work ?. if so ?, just bring the parts and head this way. only down side is..you can't take them back home with ya same day..lol.
