  1. Very cool! A lot of back country lakes out there. I have a friend who is always inviting me to go up to the Churchill River. I don't even know where it's at other than it is in Canada. Have never been able to go due to the time of the year they go, Always busy with gearing up to sell fireworks. Maybe some day, they are flown in by float plane and have a cabin they lease. Looks to be a great time.
  2. I'd take those! WOW, huge! Love fish too! what lake are those out of? I'm not a fisherman but do like fish, pretty sure those would dwarf anything we have in this area. I got to go to Alaska a few years back and was able to catch some salmon, that was awesome was able to do a little shrimping as well, brought home 75 lbs of fresh shrimp along with the fish.
  3. Pound that stake in a little further why don't you!
  4. Ended up with 200 lbs. of meat out of this thing, over a 100 lbs. of burger.
  5. Fish, Here's a field of sausages! You guys probably don't have Elk down your way, nothing better than elk steak or Elk burgers, awesome stuff. Magnificent creatures besides. This was my first bull, not big, only a couple of years old but boy is it good eating. Those big ones can sometimes be a bit gamey. I normally shoot the cows, waaaaaaaay better eating. I always throw the first few chunks into the frying pan when I start butchering.
  6. Glad to have you here Hector great guys.
  7. Friend of mine took this pick out in North Dakota while he was loading his water truck at one of the well sites. pretty impressive for a Plains Muley
  8. Yeah, nasty thing! That guy turned that thing loose, I have a friend who is friends with this guy and they like to go out and look for those goofy things on purpose. NO THANKS! That was an hours drive from me and that's too close for me. I've only had one encounter with a Rattle snake and that was enough, they usually just rattle to let you know they're there then slither off while you run away screaming like a little girl. LOL

Yeah you pretty much suck right now Lol. Good for you guys I probably would have done the same if the opportunity was there. Nice view, I love the ocean But would not necessarily want to live next to it specially on the East Coast with hurricanes. Give me a good old fashioned blizzard any day lol
  11. Nice looking bikes Shade!!!
  12. I know one advantage to the ES and that's when you're in the cold and have big heavy boots on, they don't fit under that shift lever very well then when the foot wells get built up with ice and snow it's near impossible to shift. I spent the whole time I owned my foot shift with freezing feet while plowing. I don't miss that with my automatics.
  13. Lol! Get the brakes fixed!😁😉
  14. Just eat the tails? can't imagine there's much anywhere else?
  15. That's a great Idea, I did do that a bit with the footwell repair I found some black plastic somewhere that was compatible with what I had.
  16. Was just looking on Harbor Freight site, It's probably junk but they have one for $75 I may go pick one up to give it a try, I have a few plastic things that need a fix LOL
  17. You might want to into a plastic welder like toodeep is talking about, I may look into that myself
  18. Yeah, I don't have one of them, LOL I'm stuck with a soldering iron. Where'd you get the welder? is it pretty easy to use?

I tell you what, it sure isn't like it was last year. We had so much snow and cold temps in 2019 I didn't think winter was ever going to end, we're supposed to have mid-40's by weeks end. Certainly not normal, however our snow pack in the mountains is above normal, and we haven't had jack down here in the valley. I've only used my plow twice and even then it didn't amount to hardly anything. Here's some pics from last year, we had 32" in one day at one point, was glad I stayed ahead of it throughout the day.
