  1. look at this page --> Honda ATV 2000 OEM Parts Diagram for Final Shaft | Partzilla.com , it is the final shaft, it is number # 9 you are after. oil seal. i do not buy parts from partzilla anymore, but i use their page to look up, copy parts to post. i buy all my parts from rocky mountain atv, they are cheaper, ship faster, and you only have to buy 75 bucks worth of parts to get free shipping, plus..you earn bonus bucks for next purchase.
  2. did you do a search around for all homedepots within a certain distance ?..as in..more than just one homedepot ?. this is what i had to do back then. yeah..prices on everything is high.
  3. no..its not normal. you have the wrong wheels and tires. i have stock wheels and tire sizes on both of my trx450fm, and neither one of them stick out like yours. it has nothing to do with the disk brake kit, and also..these kits do not come with caliper spacers as you claim ?. these spacers that you mention is what '' someone '' installed..just to get those wrong size tires to clear the brake kit. stock tire size for the trx450 foremans are 25x8x12 front, and 25x10x12 rear. in order to use the high lifter disk brake kit, they say you must have 12 inch rims, in this case, all stock foremans already have 12 inch rims. in your case..you have the wrong off-set tires, with some b.s. spacers added just so those tires could be slapped on the front.
  4. cool..then its just a matter of adjusting at the bars. will take a couple 10mm wrenches..easy fix.
  5. you either got the reverse cable installed wrong ?, or just need to adjust the reverse cable at the bars. hopefully you got the reverse bracket ( that sits inside the rear case, into the shift drum slot ) the correct way in the shift drum ?.
  6. i only go to harbor freight when i need a throw away tool..lol.
  7. i am a dewalt guy through and through, i first got a drill and driver impact set, carrying bag came with it. when it came time to put a tow hitch on my sisters truck ( hers did not come with the tow package ), i went to a u-pull it place, found a hitch, dang near broke my hand trying to loosen the bolts. i called her up..told her i just spent 3 hrs unbolting this hitch, and messed up my hand in the process. she asked me how i did it ?..i told her..i had to smack the wrench alot with my hand to break the bolts/nuts lose. i then told her..you owe me a 1/2 impact driver !. she agreed..i went to lowes, bought a dewalt 1/2 impact driver, carrying case, and 2 batteries. was pricey ?..but lord..this thing is a life saver to say the least.
  8. i'm gonna try to explain how that plug works ?. first off...YOU DO HAVE ALL OF IT !..thats the good news, the bad news is, now you got to get it apart !..lol. see the + and the - on last pic ^^ ?, ok..that is where you put the wire leads through, the male plug, which you show in pic 3 ^, has to be removed from the rubber housing, careful prying it out of the housing, its rubber...and prob very brittle ?, they tear very easy !. once you get the male plug out of the housing, on one end ( the back end facing those + and - is where you attach the wires to the screw terminals on the end of the male plug. sooo..route the wires ( hopefully you use red and black wires ) through that bottom end, run the wires to the male end screw terminals. put the male plug back in the housing, run the wires back through the bottom end. now all you need to do is attach these power wires to your 12vdc spot light.
  9. from what i have been reading and watching..the whole EV has gone right out the window with a few car/truck manufactures.
  10. you can buy them from homedepot, i bought some last yr to line my driveway at my cabin.
  11. i sure hope you checked, and double checked to make sure everything was correct before you buttoned it all back up ?..its gonna suck if you have to tear it all back down again !..lol
  12. ok. most times this is a fuel issue ?, or a c.d.i issue ?.
  13. even if the timing was off ?, you should still get spark at the spark plug.
  14. gonna lay out some posb issues: as jeep said ^^..gear postition switch not installed correctly on rear engine case ?. shift forks not installed correctly on shift drum ?. tranny gear/gears installed backwards ?. angle sensor installed wrong ?. change clutch installed wrong ?. any one of these will cause your issues. if you broke the engine all the way down ?, then i hate to say this, but chances are, you put your tranny together the wrong way, and the only way to inspect this..sad..but yes..you must rip that engine all back apart, and go through it..and see with your own eyes what is wrong ?. i know this is not what you wanted to read ?..but..truth is..its the only true way you will locate these problems. all it takes is one gear installed backwards ?, a shift fork not right on the shift drum ?, gear position switch not installed right ?..and you can have any or all of these issues you are having.

    Firearms

as far as i know ?, 5.56 is not illegal here in arkansas to hunt deer ?, but i will ask the boss that is building me a ar-15, 5.56 or may go with a 300 black out ?, pretty sure i'll go with the ar-15, 5.56 style ?, will know when i shoot them at deer camp next sat !. p.s. i use my trusty 30-30 for killing my vittles..lol.

gonna have my bud al build me a ar-15, 5.56 ammo style. but he wants me to shoot a 300 black out ar-15 as well, he's bringing 3 ar-15's to deer camp next sat, wants me to shoot all 3, and pick out the one i like the most ?, then he will build it for me, most likely i'll use the dreaded 30 rd mags..lol.
  17. done !. got a few pics of brushing blind in, called it done.
  18. hopefully last upate on this blind ?. got new tires, new axle, new leaf springs, all this installed. got a few things from lowes today, picked up a mobile home ground anchor, 50ft of 1/4 cable, a turn buckle. gonna tie the bottom center of blind to the ground anchor with the turn buckle, i am not taking any chances of a strong wind blowing it over ?!. it does have 4 t-post drove in at an angle, but i do not trust this 100%, soo..i will tie it down with this 1/4 cable and ground anchor. gonna load my 450 on the trailer, along with my 10ft ex ladder, head out early in the morning, get down to deer camp, fix my blind. got to get more screws in the floor to base, carpet back down, chair back together, window seal fixed where the strap broke the edge off when going to the spot ( road was really bad )..get back home, unload 450, ladder, take trailer to cabin, get my cabin ready for this freeze we are getting in the next couple days. going to be a long day tuesday for me for sure !.
  19. BEFORE you go spraying carb cleaner ( like gumout )..MAKE SURE YOU GET THE AIR/FUEL MIXTURE SCREW OUT, TINY WASHER ( DO NOT LOSE THIS WASHER ! )..AND THERE IS A TINY O-RING, DO NOT SPRAY CARB CLEANER INTO CARB UNTIL THESE PARTS ARE REMOVED !. otherwise you will ruin this tiny o-ring. so..count the turns in, its a slotted jet, watch one end of this slot, count how many turns it takes to seat ( lightly !! ), then remove it. you should have the jet, spring, tiny washer, tiny o-ring when its all removed. most times the tiny o-ring and washer stay down in the carb jet hole, MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE ALL OF THESE PARTS BEFORE SPRAYING CARB CLEANER DOWN IN THIS AREA !.
  20. compression sounds good to me. keep in mind, these models have a ele fuel pump, if the pump is weak ?, it also wont run good. my money is on the china c.d.i. you got. chances are, the seller you got it from '' claims '' this c.d.i. will work on all trx350's ?..no..they will not !.
  21. tells me..you got a china c.d.i. they are junk. you are better off locating a used oem for that year/make/model.
  22. i know these models very well. i've never paid any attention the letter A after the models. i do know for a fact, 1986 was the first year produced this model in the 4x4 version, also..this was honda's very first 4wd model they ever made. 1986 trx350 was dubed the trx350 fourtrax, then in 1987 they came out with the trx350 fourtrax, then in 1988 they had the trx350 fourtrax and trx350D foreman. these ran all the way up until 1989 in u.s.a. then after 1989, canada started selling them as 1990-1993 , which if you were to go to a dealer in canada ( not sure if they still have them at all there ? ), told them you needed a part for a 1990-1993 trx350 fourtrax-foreman ?, they would not find any part for these years, as honda did not produce any model after 1989 in u.s.a, sooo..you had to tell them your 1993 ( does not exsist ) ( really 1989 ) need a such and such part ?, then they could find it..but !!..by now..this part is discontinued..lol.
  23. is this '' new '' c.d.i. aftermarket ( china ) ?, or oem ?, china c.d.i.'s are junk. is carb clean ?..has it been sitting for awhile ?. is fuel reaching carb from tank ?, is the vent knob on top of tank in the '' on '' position ?. have you tested the compression?, most 300's require a min of 100 p.s.i. to run decent.
  24. unless its a china ( junk ! ) ?. you most likely will not be able to buy a brand new oem carb for this atc.
