dearchristopher 35 Posted April 3, 2020 I used mine as a beer holder for a while and a place to put tools as I turned the garage into a hangout. 😂 ended up hanging a tv in there above my cheapo soundbar I already had, so I could watch cleetus mcfarland’s freedom 500 last night. going to have to take it out for a ride around the neighborhood today. i’ve run out of uses for it during all this downtime
Akunin 348 Posted April 3, 2020 Got snow yesterday so our riding plans may be cancelled for the weekend (has to be dry to ride otherwise that mud is like snotty cement) but didn't stop me from giving my son ! about clearance of our toys. His got stuck in the snow (high centered) and mine... well powered right on through. Lol
sublime68charger 172 Posted April 3, 2020 (edited) Akunin, most times having the Higher GC just means you get that much farther before your also stuck!!! I got my tires some tires swapped over on my kids 200sx and hopefully wont be battling flat tires on that quad for a while. getting a tube in the front tire was a royal pain it was pry the tube and or tire inch's of the rim lip, reset my vice grips to hold the ground I gained and then rinse repeat and due again. dearchristopher 35 Posted April 4, 2020 (edited) I tore my dinky little yard trailer apart and cleaned it up. it’s haggard...old...rusty, and a hand me down, but I can’t go buy another knowing this one still rolls around. I did some redneckery on it just to get it prepped and ready to dump some dirt when the dump truck gets here on tuesday. I ran out of projects so I volunteered myself to spread dirt...oh no. Lol, true, which is one reason we put a winch and tiger tail on the Renegade! But that said we still haven't gotten a 700xx stuck enough to use them.

As long as the wagon hitch holds your atv will drag that trailer around regards less of tire condition. nice work

dearchristopher 35 Posted April 6, 2020 I got a cheapo landscape drag built yesterday. hoping it will make spreading this dump truck full of 60/40 a bit easier. the final iteration is on the grass in the backyard. hooking to the hitch got caught on the tire and binded up a little too much

sublime68charger 172 Posted April 8, 2020 From this weekend some wood cutting. Filled the trailers 2times and made 20 yard progress on a bypass atv trail in my woodlands. 20 more yards. To go and then that trail will be linked back up as a offshoot to the main trail.

Misterclean 421 Posted April 8, 2020 We live in the country but there is an adjacent neighborhood. The other day we heard the ice cream truck and piled on two wheelers and chased it down. We couldn't find it so we split up and went down all the streets until we found it. Me and my wife on one and one daughter, her husband and my grandson on the other. We looked like crack heads needing a fix real bad racing up and down the streets. Ha Ha. 1

jeepwm69 7,651 Posted April 10, 2020 My ADHD is in full swing here the last couple of days. Tore down the extra 350 Rancher motor I have to rebuild and swap into my daughter's rig. Got the center cases back together with a new crank this morning. Got the yellow Foreman 500ES put back together yesterday afternoon with a little help. I still have to swap front bumpers on it (in primer in the background), polish the meter cover, free up the rear brake, and replace the right front CV axle and then it will be posted up for sale. It was a pretty clean rig to begin with. I rebuilt the motor (new crank, 1st gear, timing chain, top end, and all seals) and had to swap an extra ECU on it to get the fan working properly, but other than that it didn't need much. Front bearings etc are even good and tight. My helper was watching me like a hawk......LOL
Chevymec 510 Posted April 11, 2020 Got the handle cable finished and all put back together. Took it for a spin and I need to toe in the left front a good bit. Other than that I'm glad it is back in action. I'm ready to see what the Travellers 7" LED does at night time.
PROV 1,442 Posted April 12, 2020 (edited) I rode up by my hunting shack today. Saw 5 deer, 1 ruffed grouse and a bunch of moose tracks. Edited April 12, 2020 by PROV
jeepwm69 7,651 Posted April 12, 2020 Got the bottom end buttoned up on the 350 Rancher motor this morning before 7 when I had to come in to feed the boss baby. Afternoon I stripped down the Power Steering ES I picked up a couple of weeks ago. Front diff looked good, rear end is seized up, and the motor...the valve cover was busted around one of the rockers, but the cylinder looked mint! Got it down to the frame and handlebars. Boss was sitting in a pack and play right next to me for about two hours. She didn’t fuss at all unless I used the impact. Apparently she didn’t care much for it. Hopefully the storms coming in tonight will give the frame a good bath.
