As it turns out the pump didnt go in for a refresh... Nor water intrusion issues, but after he said, and i saw for myself... I said do it... It was already off the engine... Same pump refreshed years back still works fine to this day.... Just bout $500 for a refreshed stanadyne rotary injector pump.....and I've mentioned two filters.. Actually it's one... The 1st water sed bowl, next another larger water separator, then the main line filter... Yet water got in.... And it kept working.... Till manaul shaft fuel cut off seal started weeping....

Want someone really badass ? Put those two days together ...... Lol!

Bio fuel! We just gotta find away to get enough used cooking oil....phil valentine (no pun intended) had a car a Benz i believe... Burned used deep fryer cooking oil.... After what ever technique he did to make it viable for the injection system etc etc.....

Hello Ray, welcome to ATVH.... I'll start.... Are there any signs of rodent damage (wire chewing) bike been in storage for a while ? Can you feel the fuel pump pulse when the ignition is on and you push the start button ? When you replaced all those parts did you go with oem honda parts or china knock offs ? and the only part you replaced with a note (oem was the cdi) being you have one... I'm guessing you know Oem parts are getting hard to locate ,Any other systems she's showing you ?

If it was really lots of her type around... Farming would be a thing of The past ....(too exhausted) ....but. You'd see a large mass of cowboys.... Come out of the wood work......

Thank you Snow much appreciated! I'll toss this in..... Might need to be cured under a uv light.... I've delt with some epoxys that will yellow unless cured under a uv light.... Not too sure if that applys to clear coats like we're discussing.. But wouldn't hurt to test, i wouldn't think....there are some epoxies used on fishing lures that will not yellow at all.... I would think surely there's a clear cost that won't ..... I know plasti-dip gloss buster won't least my project 300 haven't turned in the least... Y ou could use plast-dip fade buster... But two things to watch for... One is premature peeling... Longer it cures the stronger it becomes to a point... The other... It will not have the smooth as glass finish.. Nature of the beast... But nothing protects better or sheds slime faster.... And it's easy to touch up, riding in gravel / sand ? You'll be re shooting those wheels again....just. Think of it like this.... Anything that damages a condom .... With damage plasti-dip...But! Only one will stretch to accommodate ... For size........ Lol!

Capt..... I was about OH! I'd say 6 or 7 (minus plus) years old and my pops mom had a matalic green olds with a 455 ...... I couldn't say what year model the car was, but i think it was a two door, white roof.... But what i do recall is she was in a wreck (she was shaken up) but end Ed up a tad sore, but okay.... That's exactly what I'm thinking! But whats got me jammed up... Is where it goes, and on what machine ? Maybe a floor anchor ? Or leveling foot ? It's got two holes.... I'm thinking one end bolts it to the machine..... And the other had a combo anti slip leveling rubber foot.

I forgot to ask..... Is there just one type of that brand clear coat ?.... Or several deferent types... Say like semi gloss, flat, extra heavy / thick .... Etc etc.... If it's patrolium biased... Which I'm thinking it is.... It can't be used with certain rubberized coatings like plasti-dip, maybe not even with plasti kote, or elasti wrap.... which im familiar with.... But.... I'd still like as much information .... On that brand clear coat you spoke of.
