  1. What's black/gm wire Yes you have to have 12vdc on that BL/W wire
  2. On the BL/W wire that you have taped up is there 12 vdc on it with key on?
  3. Stator is ok with 0.6 ohms On the run stop sw follow the BL/W wire along to a single connector -- unplug it and place a wire from that connector to the positive post of the battery -- turn key on to start
  4. Ok on 320 ohms have you tried a new plug -- you can also remove the boot off the spark wire and cut a 1/4" off the wire, put boot back on and try it. Test coil
  5. Okay 12 vdc -- check the pulse gen. coil for 300 - 360 ohms next Is your ATV a Fourtrax or Forman? The ATV should start without the stator
  6. Have you done above as yet? The stator ohms should only be around 1 ohm from y to y not 600 -- may sure the 3 yellow wire plug is unplugged from the rectifier when testing for ohms.
  7. Unplug the CDI -- check for 12 VDC on BL/W with on the plug with key on
  8. Is the neutral light on when trying to start -- is the battery fully charged ?
  9. Hi: You have to unplug the BL/Y wire from the ign. coil -- unplug the CDI -- unplug the Fuel pump relay - unplug the fan control unit -- then check the BL/Y wire to ground.

  14. Hi: What I have used to solve the problem -- is cut a piece of 1/4 flat bar to fit and weld a nut to it. Hope this will help -- also square stock or tube steel will work if you can find the right size.
  15. This is the info on the angle sensor
  16. Check the shift solenoid connectors for corrosion -- you can also apply 12 VDC to each solenoid -- should hear a sound --- Black & Brown connectors
  17. Hi: You can get a service manual at top of page --- go to section 13 - 34 and do the checks with a good meter -- sorry I can't stay with you with this -- I am very busy with things here
  18. Hi: Is the small red wire on the solenoid terminal post with the large wire going to the positive post of the battery? If not put the red wire on the solenoid terminal that is going to the positive of the battery.
  19. Hi: When you say jump the solenoid are you jumping across the 2 large terminals? --- if so move the small red wire to the other large terminal post.
  20. Hi: Use a set of Calipers or tape measure from the tip to tip red -- then tip to tip green --- when adjusting to get them the same
