  1. Nice, is that a factory windshield ?
  2. All this darn virus stuff has been good for me. My 7yr. old Grandson has been spending everyday with us. Like others, his school closed down, and the daycare he goes to closed also. Believe me, I'm no where near being an "Un-certified 1st Grade Teacher". It has to be done, so ........... Well, last weeks science and art project was to make something useful or fix something. My Grandson decided we should make a new "Deer Feeder". The other one is 20+ years old and on it's last leg. He drew up the Plan : Yep, you're right 8 legs, cause the old one's legs keep breaking. He did all the measuring. Measure 2 times , no 3 times, no............ .....cut once! He drilled the holes for the screws and loved the screw gun ! Well we gott 'er DONE ! Now I know, the only difference between a 7yr old and a 73yr old is :: 26 feet of 2x4 and about 32 wood screws !! Look Grandpa, it's just like my plan !!
  3. Ahhhh, seems like everything I get for the Honda always has a couple of "00's" behind it. LOL
  4. My 6x6 Polaris has a set of tracks for the rear wheels. So far, I haven't been able to get it stuck with the tracks installed. I'm slowly running out of time tho. At 72, I lack "SOME" of the stupidity I once had. Soooooooooo !!!!!!!!!! I bought this thing in 2003. Was taking hunters to Colorado Elk Hunting. The regulations for hauling and using horses for elk retrieval got so stupid and expensive, this was a better way to go. I won't even guess how many elk that thing has hauled. But it is a lot! I've had two men over 200 lbs. sitting on the front rack. Just to hold the front end on the ground while climbing some steep hills with an elk lashed in the box. Hey, hold my beer ! Watch this !
  5. It's the mystery ones that tend to be the most uncomfortable and need extra attention.
  6. Is the handle adjustable? Looks a little high for my wife! 😄
  7. This is a question. I'm wondering if : When you leave the GPS on and the unit is not moving, the image would still appear as a straight line since the satellite is still moving. Basically, the satellite is tracking itself and recording it's own path. Older units seem to do it more often.
  8. Yep , Small - Medium - Large - XL - ......... - OMG!
  9. Poor Guy, must be going thru a divorce!
  10. Reading the updates on what fixed the problem is always a learning experience for me. THANKS for the info !
  11. Holy Crap! Don't believe I have ever fired a weapon immediately after cleaning it with Kroil. I swab the barrel after firing it when the barrel is still warm, then put the weapon away. Always with the muzzle down, so any residual oils can drain out. Helps any crud from draining into the action area and gumming things up.... Been around long enough to know anything can happen.... Most malfunctions I've witnessed were due to miss loading ammunition...... Never say never ... Thanks for the Heads-up!
  12. To darn expensive but it works. Second choice is PB Blaster. I use Kano Kroil to clean and protect my rifle barrels. Much better than Hoppies #9. Can you say Weatherby 30/378 Mag.
  13. Most of our riding is on Forest Service gravel roads and old “logging trails”. Cost $25 a year per machine for a permit. We keep ours licensed for the street as well. So we can ride anywhere but the Interstate System.
  14. Well, the chain looks Good! (Tow chain that is!)
  15. Can you observe the solder melt and transfer thru the wire strands? Or would it end up like a cold solder joint, just covering the outside of the wire?
  16. How about Bass Pro or Cabela's? I seem to get a lot of them. Oh ! I got a torn in half copy of the US Constitution that came out of Nancy Pelosi's trash can !

Ahhhhh ??? Is there any "Bad Habits" you guys don't have ?? Let see, atv's, bikes, fast cars, bad-! trucks, and now guns ?? Oh, an occasional reference to BEER ! Just Kidding of Course! Glad to see ya-all are normal folks! 😄 I like this as well!
  19. I purchased my Honda SxS last March. On a regular basis I receive mailings from Honda Care to purchase an extended warranty. Is this really necessary? At $1278. for 4 years, that's about $320 bucks per year. Really, how much repair work can I do with $320. worth of parts? I've been out of the "Loop" mechanically for long enough I have no idea what $320 will do. The information that is sent with this price sheet never gives enough detail on what is and what is not covered. Your thoughts and comments are appreciated. Any of you guys deal with this kind of stuff? Keep those builds and info coming guys, I enjoy it !
  20. Don't really have time to hunt for myself anymore. When I do, it's a rare occasion. Elk are my passion, generally take from 5 to 9 hunters out each fall. Usually can get the job done in a weeks time per hunter. I prefer archery hunts, but will help rifle hunters as well. Been doing this for better than 23 years now. This Bull scored 320+ Pope & Young. Got it "Hog Tied" in the box of my 6x6 Polaris ! This next photo is the same bull loaded from the 6x6 onto a trailer minutes later. Got it hung up back at the cabin. That meat pole crossbar is 12' off the ground !
  21. Does make it a little more work to reach the filter. Just need one if those young, strong, limber guys that can bend any direction. I Think they call them "Nephew's" ! LOL They got a good one over there at Roy's Honda !
