yw. i'm working on getting my hands on another trx350D foreman 4x4, '87 model, if it goes through ?, i'll be doing this all over again..lol.

it does not get used, nothing goes in that.

somethings you dont have a choice, as most parts for older atvs are NLA ( no longer available ), some parts i WILL not use china junk !, then there are some parts where it does not matter ?. oem ?, batteries, ignition switches, c.d.i.'s, most ele parts. bearings, i try to use oem if they are around ?, if not ?, i use boss bearings: they may or may not be as bad as '' all balls '' now ?, but they were great years ago. starters : i've had great luck with D&B electrical starters. for most parts: I AVOID CHINA JUNK !.

you better worry about the wire gauge on that switch !!!!, its so small , it may not carry the correct voltage ?..then it will catch fire !!!.

yeah, don't believe everything those dummies post on there that claim to be oem !!!!..lol. when you do this for 29 yrs ?, YOU KNOW YOUR PARTS !!!. ebay is full of scammers left and right !!!!.

that is not a oem key switch, can't help ya with that china junk. an oem switch would be solid red to solid red, solid black to solid black. solid pink to solid pink, then pink wire with white stripe to pink wire with white stripe.

at this point ?, if it were mine ( and i know its not ! ), its time to pull the rear diff out, split it, and go at it with the covers split, yes i know it takes time, but what is worse..time ?..or the money you would pay a shop ( dealership ) to do this simple task ?.

thats on the final shaft side, deff something went wrong on the tranny gears ?, or final shaft ?. with an impact, i've removed a trx500fm from start to finish all the way out in under an hour, not hard, assuming all bolts dont give ya trouble ?..lol.

sounds like you want to punish yourself rounding up parts !..lol.

those stays showed up today, mail ran early !..lol. , got them installed, finished up a few small things on it, got tank fixed, installed, bolted a few odds and ends on, loaded it up, took it to his house, its out of my hair !..lol.

haha..never had a prob on my end finding it ?, maybe you need to start paying rent here ?..lol. on anoter note..this project got finished today, took it to his house, dropped it off, tab is done !..lol.

just a shot in the dark, but...what size is the fuel line ?, and do you have an inline fuel filter ?, if both are too small ?, it will cut down on the fuel flow to carb !.

just gotta ask !!, why didn't you make those rear wheels so they could pivot ? ( like caster wheels do ), seems it will be hard on the wheels and deck when you go to make turns ?.

going out on a limb, i'd say it jumped time, piston struck valve, valve connected to rocker, rocker attached to push rod to cam, bound up, presto..cracked rocker box.

stator plugs are green on all years from '86-'89, my '89 has a green stator plug.

unless its free ?, and your gonna TRY to flip it ?, i would not touch an es with a 10ft pole.

other than the fan never coming on ?, no..let it rip !.

if the oil temp sensor is not good ?, the fan will never come on. you can check the fan by turning key on, grounding the oil temp wire to engine, fan should come on when you do this. does not rule out a bad oil temp sensor though ?.

title says 1986 trx350D, for the record, honda did not make a '86 trx350D, it was only called a 1986 trx350 fourtrax.
