I'd be in for this ride ... FF did you ever look at a bigger honda like the 680 rincon ... .. I'm not too sure on how they ride .... IF i needed a non foot shift id probaly go with the 680 rincon, not a belt drive.... .. belts are for snowmobiles....

not me .... I'll take a beater any day over those new junk toy engines .... my best (back in the day) was a 81 toyota pickup diesel (2l pre chamber engine) 50 miles to the gallon on red high sulfur .... but one ugly truck!! .... she hauled many loads of firewood... these engines were interfearance engines... if the timing belt snapped it was over!! ... i got over 900,000 miles (no telling ho many engine hours) before the compression rings gave up..

i always looked forword to hearing the frogs ... especially bull frogs ... which i haven't heard this season.. it's plain wet here ... dew all everything .. by far not typical weather for us this time of the year... the farmers that planted corn early should make out great... but the hay season ... is going to be a defrent deal... molded round bales is going to be an issue ...

wow! 3.00 gear ratio ! that's high. that's more of a inline engine gear ratio... i bet she would scream.. lol .... i had a long wheel base chevy 73 (1st year of the square bodies) ... bought it used ... the PO took out the 6 , and stuck a 350 in it's place ... with 3 on the tree... she was fast... (no idea of the top speed) plus 100 mph, i got a few tickets driving her... i loved the days back then ...

i believe after 150 + times .... maybe it was time to give it up.... the body can take only so much abuse ... and always lets you know of thoss painfull incidents ...

don't forget that homemade rear bumper ;) this got me to thinking.... you enjoy modding ... we might have a good chance at baiting you to build the best 300 out there lol! you, and fish sure have the mods covered ...

I'd love to have a 76 bronco.... none of that computer / emissions crap... carburated .... not one of those the flex fuel toy vehicles they have now.. it's too bad people go for those junk machines... even the newer honda atvs don't hold a candle to the old school machines.

exactly ^^^ too many out there for law enforcement to deal with, and with the over population of jails, and prisons ... hey! just slap them on the wrist... and let the public suffer... it's been that way around here for years.. with the working class being so busy in everyday life... some would just rather not even involve the law, and hassle ... nowa days best bet is to keep everything under lock, and key, but even that will not stop them.

no need, Ted , retro confirmed what i was thinking, i think we need.. that setting to!! we delt with script bots in msn chat, and groups, and they were a pain... to keep in check.

fish, i took a screen shot, a while back, i must have deleted it.... and haven't located anything in the forums about this issue, but this thread is about signing in.. so... i kind of miss riding.... as for being thrown... it was that 17 hand tall (thats above adverage in height) Appaloosa .... that tossed me... he was never used to being around cattle ... and i didn't take the time to break him to that experience ... so .. i take partial blame .... but, all, in all he was a good natured horse...

you always have to watch your back around horses... no matter how well you THINK you know the animal!! my worst was being thrown... many near misses on kicks ... and one bite.. that particular horse ... didnt forget... one good wound up punch in the nose!! however ... I've seen many horses smarter then a few people around my area.. lol! a spirited stud is the worst by far!!!

little trick a friend of mine told me was has always sprayed the underside of his quad with wd-40 before mudding....however , ive never tried this myself...my plasti-dipped rims would be ruined!!

i agree... i hardly ever sign out ... but i have seen people create a new email account / handle ... and join forums / chats on a defrent devise.. why anyone would stoop to that is beyond me... it's just plain crooked IMO .. we used to be able to see ip addresses ... on msn... but i wouldn't waist my time looking, now i just look the typing / thoughts posted, that's a dead give away.... lol! this is one reason i really like the members location map, AND pics / videos ---- PROOF member numbers don't mean a thing unless there active..
