yeah ..they missed for us too... it's getting bad up here ..... lightening knocked one on my transmitters off line... MTEARS ... has already been activated ... and there are already reports of trees and lines down.... second round should hit anytime now .. and the barometric pressure has taken a nose dive ....
  3. yep! it's a stainless snagless marine shackle the pins an Allen head ... i actually lucked on this one ... the standard cost is around $45 ... i managed this one for $10 bucks from of a dealer in Florida ... there was a BIG mishap on their orders .... the others are a tilt angle meter .. and a water proof storage box ... then on the fender is a old school honda tool kit can .. and honda gun racks ... i still don't know what make that front basket is...
  4. not too sure if this stuck or Jammed, or just between a rock and a hard place .... looks painful...
  5. oh! this includes dirt bikes 3 wheelers and street bikes ...
  6. yeah those are the hondaline 300 brush guards .. i call them back busters ... but i think bark busters was a word used for dirt bikes ??
  7. that's right stay young at heart !! i finally got you to post some good pics !! lol
  8. some us own multiple Honda's , from utility atvs, to sport quads , and side by sides ..... i have 3 ... listed in my sig, here's some pics ... my 97 work horse ... MINUS the fender flairs, and trunk rack ... then my 2000 hondaline custom... and I've been trying to acquirer that 250 .. my other bike is my 86 tank... (in storage at the moment) let see pics of your herd.
  9. looking good goober ... you mentioned is this the old Armstrong polishing job or, something like an orbital buffer ? i don't think I've ever seen one of @Goober s bikes muddy before ... i can't say i blame him... i couldn't do it, those old classic tanks are very rare ...
  10. lol! I've had my shair of it WAY WAY back...... the body can't take that stuff anymore ... i haven't had a beer in not telling how long ..... i don't imagine too many people who pulled a drunk on that stuff would recall too much... best i can recall... my last deal with that mess ... i ended 30 miles away in a strip club ... it was after a NASCAR race ... i stopped having NASCAR race parties after that one ... i do recall the culprit who drove us ... he's not allowed on my place anymore lol!
  11. chevy if he was closer .... I'd do my best to talk him out of it .... if cuts like i think it will (like a disk mower) shes going to be one bad animal!!
  12. i just ditd one of mine a few months back... even located a bottle of ever clear .... lol .... I'll be using that a hand sanitizer sence there's not a single bottle of rubbing Alcohol to be located in columbia ... made plenty of room for more meat :-) bread etc .... theres not telling how long that PGA has been in there ....
  13. lol! you probably did... i have seen mine spark... one ... you gotta to admit ... that's some real good hot burning firewood.. best i have ever used from around here ...
  14. yeah... i agree.... my o39 stihl has one ... but she's the only out of all my others
  15. looks like it's a long time break, check the backing plate she's nice and bent ...
  16. my full skips are basically like that. no issues sawing bodark all day long with one sharpening....that's about the hardest meanest hard wood around here ...
  17. Yep, Ted .... keep those teeth the same ... a miss match causes a curved cut ... and is just dangerous ... trust me been there done it... have you ever looked into the stihl two in file ? they work great ... it's still hand sharpening ... but that 2 in one will also keep the debth gauges in check.
  18. teeth length angle should always match ... as should the depth gauges (not scrapers)
  19. one problem is easy to cure ... ethanol resistant fuel line .... I started to update to .... but being its $9 + a foot ... I'll just stick with stabil ....I've had not a single small engine issue in years ...
  20. there's also another option of changing the diameter of the bull pully (engine pulley) to vary the blade speed .... just been thinking about this .... with enough horse power .. you could go with a deferent diameter engine pulley .... and actually mow at a faster speed.. also a heavier disk .. and blade combo would help keep momentum up..(depending on the thickness of the growth) just tossing out some ideas ... also... have you thought about a magnetic clutch ... instead of a manual engagement ??
  21. good reminder I've got to get started soon.... update on the granberg G106b file and joint sharpener ... there was a hiccup due the virus out break ..... i ended placing an order for a not her one.... but.. because of the bug ... there's going to be a long delay before it gets here .... just have to deal with late arriving parts / items like everyone else does ....
  22. using heat would soften the metal... ... it would better off bending it cold a chain boomer ( ratchet load binder )
  23. seems to be working again ... strange thing is... that doesn't happen very often ... it's just with certain post ... but it happened alot in the old forums ... thanks again for the help.
  24. thanks retro ... I'm right there (did that) ... all my open windows were deleted ... but i always keep current links copied to notepad .... the page worked fine via thecell phone...
