    • Hi everyone,   My 13 y/o son  was given a 2004 Honda TRX350TE for free...it just has to be rebuilt (sigh). Of course the unit is totally missing the meter and assembly so trying to figure a work around with that.
    • Ok got back at it today. Checked compression and came back at 25 so low. Adjusted valves to .006 on intake side and .009 on exhaust side and still running rough. Took off the head to inspect the rods and both are good and nothing is loose or out of place. Got it to run again here is a video. At this point I’m thinking maybe the tensioner?  I’m going to take this as far as it leads me, so I’ll do some more research and maybe plan to take the top end off to dig some more.  IMG_7521.mov IMG_7520.mov
    • OK got oem master cylinder on a 2006 honda rancher 350 fe still no pressure tried old school brake pump 20 x and lossen bleeder did that for an hour no change tried a manual vacuum pump did that for 30 min each side only front brakes on this rear brakes are mechanical but still no change no leaks I can see in the lines no drips anywhere I can see could the brake cylinders be the problem . • Got everything on and running. Noticeable difference doesn't seem to be running lean.  I'm going to be easy on it for a little while let it all break in then see what she really does. I do have a spare 02 delete I can put on maybe it does something with the setup idk but she's back up and going strong
